Warranty

Newly built Night Vision devices assembled by AC Night Vision LLC. will carry a ten year warranty. The ten year warranty will cover the housing system of your unit against manufacturer defects. The image intensifier will carry only a one year manufacturer defect warranty from the original date of purchase (image intensifier will be sent to manufacturer). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the unit and damage from use. It is the sole discretion by AC Night Vision Co. to determine if a product issue is defect in nature or caused by negligence by the user.  In the event that a defect is covered by this warranty, AC Night Vision Co., at our sole discretion, will either repair or replace the product.  This will be the only remedy offered, no refunds will be given.

AC Night Vision warranty does not cover: 

• Negligence
• Products used in an abnormal manner
• Abuse of the product
• Items that were altered or modified
• Items repaired by anyone, company other than AC Night Vision Co.
• High Light, laser, or over exposure burns from any light or laser source.
• Glass breakage from drops or impacts
